Basic hotel with an excellent location. Room was very basic but adequate. Toilet seat was falling off the toilet but they did not want to repair or replace. OK for 1 or 2 nights but do not expect too much. Breakfast poor. Sometimes set.menu and sometimes buffet.

This hotel is located in a street that is normal during the day but from late afternoon turns into an alfresco type of dining area. Tables and chairs and food stalls suddenly appear. It gets really packed out with mainly tourists staying in the area. Can smell the food especially Durian smells wafting into the front entrance. Inside, the rooms are well appointed. Not much clothes hanging space. I think most guests are from other South East Asian countries, over for a weekend. Hence its probably fine for a few days. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant. Mainly Asian food, generally cold. But certainly edible. Has a small terrace atbthe front where you can sip a coffee in the afternoon. The hotel also has a self service laundry; washing machine and tumble dryer. Both coin operated and each costing 10 ringgits per load. Decent looking gym on the same floor as the laundry area. All staff are very friendly and courteous. It's about an 8-10 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang monorail and MRT stations. Pleasant place to stay. No complaints

Do not stay here if you want a sanitary room. The first room we got had urin on the toilet-seat and suspicious spots on the floor of bathroom, hall way and room and the room smelled odd/slightly like urine. The second room we got offered was in a very bad shape, as hooks, shelfs, etc. looked like someone had been hanging in them, to such a degree that they were unusable. The walls were also very scratched and the safe didn't work.. The third room was acceptable, but the mere fact that you have to go through two unusable rooms, is testament to the negligence of the hotel management.

As hotels go. The rooms are cramped for two but we'll thought out. Rooms are cleaned daily. A small bottle of water per person given. Beds are firm . A choice of pillows and they are not soiled. Mini fridge . Safe,kettle and hair dryer provided. Shower is hot with medium power. But very comfortable. Breakfast area . Gym as well. Clothes washing facilities are available. Ticks all the boxes. The hotel at evening times becomes the center of night life. A night market explodes around with an amazing variety of eateries. A foody heaven .

Good hotel in the middle of bukit bintang night life district, so many food at night, seafood mostly and thai food, but others also has. great place if you become a tourist. Walking distance to many drinking place. too bad is raining when i visit, so can't walk around for long.
